Using the service
SpinToSpeak provides speaking practice: choose a topic, record a story, and receive a transcript and AI coaching feedback. You must use the service lawfully and provide accurate account information. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.
Your recordings and feedback
You keep any rights you have in the speech and other material you submit. You allow us and our service providers to process that material to transcribe it, create feedback, save your reports, and operate the service. Do not record or upload another person without the permission needed to do so. AI feedback can be inaccurate or incomplete; use your own judgment when relying on it.
Plans and payments
If you choose a paid plan, its price, renewal terms, trial terms if any, and available cancellation options are shown before checkout. Payments are handled by our payment provider. Any refund rights required by applicable law remain available. Contact support@spintospeak.app for billing help.
Acceptable use
Do not use SpinToSpeak for unlawful content, infringe others' rights, disrupt the service, access another person's account or recordings, or evade security or usage limits. We may suspend access when necessary to address abuse or protect the service.
Availability and liability
We may change the service and cannot promise uninterrupted availability or a particular speaking outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending your account and changes
You can stop using the service and request account deletion throughsupport@spintospeak.app. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. We may update these terms and post the revised date here. If a change materially affects your use, we will provide notice through the service or by email where practicable.
